1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Nomoex Token Platform ("Nomoex", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use the Platform. By using Nomoex, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements and that your use does not violate any law applicable to you in your jurisdiction.

3. Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including any two-factor authentication (2FA) configured on your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

4. Tokens, Staking & Transactions

NOMOX is a BEP-20 token on the BNB Smart Chain. The Platform allows you to purchase NOMOX, stake tokens to earn rewards, refer other users, and request withdrawals. Staking rewards, APY rates, and lock-up periods are subject to change and may carry early-unstake penalties as described at the time of staking.

All blockchain transactions are irreversible. You are solely responsible for verifying wallet addresses and transaction details before confirming any action.

5. Fees

Network gas fees, processing fees, and applicable charges may be deducted from deposits, purchases, or withdrawals. Fee structures may be updated from time to time and will apply prospectively.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, market manipulation, or financing of illegal activities. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nomoex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of profits, tokens, or data arising from your use of the Platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
